2040 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 2040 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 2040 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. 2040 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use 2040's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are eligible to use these services under the applicable laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one account on the 2040 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 2040 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 2040 support team immediately. All registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
User responsibilities and platform usage rules
- You agree to use the 2040 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of Malaysia.
- You may not use the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purposes.
- Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the 2040 platform's systems is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection used to access the platform are secure.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- All confirmed game results and bets are final and cannot be altered once the transaction is complete.
- 2040 reserves the right to decline, void, or settle any bet or transaction suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms.
- Users are prohibited from sharing their account with any other individual. Each account is strictly for the personal use of the registered owner.
- The platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to certain games or features at management's discretion.
- Any conduct that disrupts other users or the platform is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Payment information, transactions, and withdrawal policy
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the 2040 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer.
The minimum deposit amount is RM10. No hidden fees are charged on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. 2040 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method.
Identity Verification
To ensure transaction security, 2040 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or unblocking accounts. Documents requested may include a copy of your MyKad or other valid supporting documents.
Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or the account being restricted until verification is complete.
Transaction Issues
Should you experience any issues with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact 2040 customer support with full transaction details. All transaction-related enquiries will be handled within two business days.
Liability Limit & Disclaimer
The 2040 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 2040 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
2040 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or virus-free. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or system upgrades.
Where 2040's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
2040 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user is in breach of any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering detected on the account
- The user has provided false or misleading registration information
- Account involved in collusion or match manipulation
- A court order or directive from a relevant authority has been received
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation may not be eligible to register a new account on the 2040 platform.
Intellectual property, third-party links, and governing law
All content on the 2040 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 2040 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content without written permission. The 2040 brand name and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of this platform.
Platform 2040 may include links to third-party websites for user convenience. These links do not imply that 2040 endorses or is responsible for the content of those sites. Users who access third-party sites do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those sites.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the applicable legal processes in Malaysia. 2040 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform of any material changes.
